Any opinions about this press release today? Does AIME file with the SEC-I can't seem to find filings. Also is this company addressing the new regs being phased in requiring up to date filings for continued listing on the OTCBB?(this will be done according to company name, beginning with "A") Are insiders motivated to sell? I see a lot of 144 registrations//I own shares of Bid.com,this is the reason for my inquiry.Could AIME be taken out by BID.COM,for portal access/netPASSPORT etc.?.TIA DD
PS: I'm sure Bid.com (BII.to) is not interested in an OTC listing,so that aspect of AIME(OTC listing) would probably not be of interest or value to them..
