Welcome back, DG----KAA and some of the others are over on the Raging Bull Board at the moment. I can give you sort of an abbreviated explanation. The warrants and preferred stocks are a dividend to the stockholders that were holding the stock as of a certain record date. They give you option to convert them to common stock at strike price of $3.00. The Jan. 22 date is the ex. date that CVIA will distribute shares of ArchivalCD to the stockholders at the tune of 1 share for every 7 shares of CVIA that you hold.

A lot of the guys are trying to get their warrants converted before Jan. 22 for two reasons: 1. the stock price is already above 3 bucks, and 2. They are trying to increase their holding to get more shares of ArchivalCD.

Hope I didn't mess your mind up----KAA can explain it a lot better than I can.
