yes, update

The last entry on the docket was on Jan 6, and that was I believe, a motion or filing pertaining to the depositions coming up.

I'm trying to get a copy of that filing to post it to all, will let you know when I get it, sometime this week hopefully.

But from what the court clerk told me, whatever we filed, the other party, ( AOL ) agreed to without any BS.

starting to sound very interesting.
