My goodness Colleen, you must have a fever. What on earth are you doing actually posting information about Delaware companies? I thought the order of the day for you guys was pointless chittering and ad hominem attacks. It looks like a handbook about Black Jack would be a better thing to be quoting here, than something actually relevant to PRWT. But since you brought it up, thanks for the link. Indeed it does look advantageous, and quite popular to be a Delaware corporation, but I think John Schmitz and Merv Rosenfeld will want to move their operation to Nevada as quickly as they can. It seems that NV has even better governance laws for corporations - that is if you are an insider. I think for instance it will be easier for them to work reverse splits and authorize more shares and the like. But, man oh man, will wonders never cease. First it was Barbara helping to expose one of John Schmitz' misrepresentations, and now it's you actually posting useful information about Delaware corporations. And who said you guys were all hype?
