Fidelity Magellan is buying REITs and utilities.... I'd like to think that I am positioning myself ahead of the pack, to benefit from the inflow and change of investment climate. It's like real estate...I've done great over the years just by paying below market during recessions for perfectly located houses in the path of progress, and selling them when the neighborhood improves. For now, I am quite happy sticking to CEFs that have quality investments in them...and reinvesting the dividends, plus a few microcaps that have blue-chip potential. But I'm too overeducated to understand internet stocks.
