Tim, this could adversely effect Lucents stock price. Anyone think Ascend bought Stratus to do the one time charge and enable them to sneak in some other costs so they could make their earnings.... a la 3COM & USRobotics ??. It was the first thing that crossed my mind quite frankly. Yes ... I know that won't be a popular question ... but I'm sure it has crossed the minds of quite a few people who have been following Ascend and know their management. JMHO Stephen
