Art, I know you're not setting sell stops, but it's been mentioned on other boards and other threads. When a stock goes up some LT holders think they can preserve their capital by putting in sell stops. All they do is put themselves out of the market in that stock.

Some of what I am suggesting may have happened in the trading of SFLK today.

All sell stops do in a NASDAQ market is encourage MMs on the least pretext to dip the bid, walk it down on low volume and adroit sequencing of trades, to pick those sell stopped shares up and cover their short sales which they made to make a market. This practice is easy for them to do.

IMHO, if a shareholder believes in the stock, holding it, unless information to the contrary comes through, is the best policy. IMHO, if a shareholder just has to "play the market, have some trading stock to do it with and leave a LT core.

IMHO, by not putting in sell stops, holders contribute to a NASDAQ stock's stability and help to reduce volatility.

Just some thoughts, all IMHO,

Ed
