Jim, I have great luck with DLJ Direct, but their commissions are a little higher. Brian H.

Duff, I'm having the same problem. See my post on the Waterhouse thread. It took me from 9:30 until 10:20 to sell a stock today, and it cost me about $1600 in the process. Waterhouse has had great service until recently. I complained bitterly today and was told the problem was being addressed. They will have mass defections if they don't get things fixed immediately. I have 5 accounts so I'm sticking with them for the time being. FWIW, Robbie
