hogger guy why continue to bicker with this woman. she & her group are in so deep & like the fools they are they continue!! they may wish to ask everen legal dept who had nice chat with nasd rep today about there broker & the validity of what i post. everen is now very aware of the legitimacy the default judgements. there will be an 8k out in near future & janice can try to contort that also like soft taffy. judge george has signed the default judgements. now he will sign to enforce the default judgements. when signed federal marshals will seize assets , in this case the stock andy mann stold. there is no default against dtc & nobody claimed this. aznt negotiated stipulation with dtc to lift the freeze. dtc did not honor the agreement. they again negotiated stipulation but dtc's demands were unreasonable. aznt will now seek immediate injunctive relief to lift the freeze if dtc does not lift it when federal marshals seize the stock with the enforcement of the default judgements. janice digs herself deeper & deeper. her lies get thicker & thicker & because she is now exposed her vegance is towards shareholders. she , like others in her group are being served in a defamation & libel suit. she seems to think that her pettiness with shareholders is the matter to be addressed in court. i recommend retaining a good attorney. her concern should be defending her smear campaign of this stock, not how "stupid" she considers shareholders. so all shareholders i again ask that we refrain from engaging in this silliness w/ these defendant. it is a matter for the court. as for aznt janice & jeffrey & deny & lie but default judgements have been signed by judge george, the company has filed for enforcement of the default judgements & upon signing of the enforcement federal marshall will commence to seize assets. let janice continue to fiddle as rome burns! let us not engage these defendants any longer. spider
