Ian, If you go to the latest 13-d filing you can see Jeff Vinik and Co., has been the buyer of those inside sell via 144 transaction. CCW

thanks ian .. sorry i missed the particulars in your original post, im not usually such a dunce! all i have access to on that site is the "free" content. if i am reading it correctly, looks as though schauer (president) filed for 100k shares on 12/16/98, buschur living trust (vp) filed for 120k shares on 12/11/98, and others in the month of december too. the bulk seems to have been summit ventures, im not sure who they are, they filed for almost 2 million shares. we have no way of knowing, i guess, why any of these entities unloaded their shares. one good question might be how much does schauer have left. anyone know? good luck everyone, jl
