Eldon, Doug has been a great supporter of the merger and we all can get concerned if anyone seems to be questioning the merger. I have some contacts with the ones who are helping with the merger and as Aaron always post( the merger is still in progress ) as far as I know all is well. This type of business always takes time.

Eldon Slife, at this point in the IPM stuff I will take the position that I will rather be safe than sorry. If you are pro IPM and wish all the best then why do you wish information to be placed on this thread that can be used against the merger ???? No unlawful or unmoral practices are used by the good folks doing the details of the merger. But know for a fact than any info released to the public will be twisted and dirtied and have sewer poured over it by sick and evil and bad and The Dark Forces to hurt with fatal intent towards this merger. As for the info to be sent to you in private e-mail or telephone, then since you do not have a need to know, the decision to proceed with caution and "fear" in releasing info will continue, I hope. So no need to wait next to your phone to ring. Do I believe in the bogeyman ? No. But have I been suckered punched by another ? Yes. Will you be impaired if your need to know is not satisfied ? If so, please explain why this takes precidents over the safety of the merger. And because you say so I will respond with NOPE. So again wait like the other shareholders, and if you feel uneasy in taking this position, then its a free country and you have the right and ability to protest and take any lawful action you deem needed to accomplish your wishes.
