johnhnd.
don't worry be happy.
the p/e is not 70.
read the earnings and check out the "UNEARNED REVENUE" section. Educate yourself a bit. they have 3.5 billion in this pot, and this pot keeps growing. this cuts the p/e at least by 30 points. If you wait for 150 again it will be after the split.
YOU SNOOZE YOU LOOSE.

Johnd,

Last time you said that when Microsoft drops to $120 to $130 , you will jump in, and now you change to below $150. So, what is you next prediction that Microsoft will drop to ? My prediction is $100 after split !!!!!!!!!!!!!

johnd, I think you made a sound decision selling at 152 1/8 yesterday morning. It seemed very probable that the traders would start selling into the teeth of the report and drive the price down today. But the numbers Mr. Softee reported were obscenely high, and it seems that it may gap up instead. The only solution is to hike up your pants and buy back in, or it will probably run away from you. I had the same experience with intc in 1996 and missed an incredible run.

Happy investing,
Frank
