Here is the "bombshell" - IMON has yet to consummate their reverse merger with CALP and if IMON stock is not $4 by the time the deal is supposed to be consummated (approx. Jan. 29th), then IMON will have to do a reverse split of their stock in order to meet NASDAQ's listing requirements. In fact, it "accidentally" did a reverse split on Jan. 6th but was corrected (in my opinion only temporarily).

If you want a quick education on this situation, then go to the IMON board on Yahoo and read posts #1988, 2200** and then scan the next 50 or so posts commencing with #2175 - a lot of panic! You may even want to make a phone call to the phone numbers listed in message #1988.
