You're right...they're completely different stocks. But the relationship between the companies is very close. If I understand it correctly, MMTM is developing products for PSFT to sell. Thus, I think it's important to understand PSFT's market. Doesn't PSFT have first rights to all the product MMTM develops? What do you think this really means. MMTM is a way for PSFT to bring products to market faster. This was all discussed here when this announcement was first made.
