I can tell you with some degree of certainty that if the lender was ready to close, MPTV would have already closed. The company is at the mercy of the lender. These folks are out serious money and they would/should NOT play such a risky game. They have a contingency lender, or two, but time is short and this stay of execution is their last chance. Yes, that is very possible. But if I were to use management as a barometer of enthusiasm, I would say things have once again slightly fallen to the pessimistic/negative side. We are hearing rumblings again by them that they HOPE things are wrapped up by the end of February, but that they don't know if they will be. I am continuously amazed at how they are operating this business. It is like a slow death by opium overdose in the dens of China circa the 1800s. Even more baffling to me is that I am still holding. Let us see if they pull it off or scramble for another delay. Prov
