I agree that if the lender was ready they probably would have been done by now. But I tend to think that all parties concerned have not been showing any sense of urgency to get this done. Vellema's just selling more shares to buy some time. I think he has something up his sleeve further down the road (like a big reverse split) that will gain him back his percentage of ownership. Maybe this is pure hogwash but it doesn't make any sense that a guy with as much money as he has invested (15-25mil) would continually dilute his own ownership without having some sort of plan to regain control.

The had a contingency lender for the money to pay off Gould, but rest assure they do not have a contingency lender for the 17mil consolidation loan that they are currently trying to finish up. It would be nearly impossible to do two loans like this in parallel and get it done in any sort of timely manner.
