Agree. As for the reverse split, it is coming. Several inside have told me so. No indication as the ratio. They do not seem interested in a company repurchase to pay the shareholders back for stock issuance during the hard times.

HR told me about the contingency lenders. (no details) JV told me himself that any loan of this type takes at least six months so. How HR can expect a contingency lender to save them before the court order expires is beyond me. Simply put, this deal MUST work. I have been in this company for 4+ years. Each time NH would tell me something positive, I would buy more. At this point I have my entire portfolio in this deal. MUST CLOSE.

Roddy...

I think he has something up his sleeve further down the road (like a big reverse split) that will gain him back his percentage of ownership.

While I would agree that a reverse split may very well happen, wouldn't percentage ownership remain the same? Everyone would have the same percentage as before the split, only the actual number of shares would be less. A more frightening prospect (IMO) is that usually the number of shares authorized remains the same after the split as before. Therefore, there are more to issue. Of course an authorization limit has not stopped them before. About a year or so ago they exceeded the authorized limit by a considerable amount.
