In at 12 and again at 15. I received several late night faxes informing me of the downgrades on this stock (I just joined this discussion) only to have it spike! Where do you all think this stock is going?

Analysts didn't have any choice but downgrade it. They were looking at IDTC as a long distance telephone company where the margins are falling. IDTC has said it isn't going to meet earnings estimates although it will meet revenue estimates and perhaps surpass them. What we have to keep in mind is that IDTC is a lot more than a telephone company. A lot of potential in the E-commerce arena. If you consider all the assets the company has, you are looking at a potentially very high growth company! Trust your instincts. Forget what analysts had to say.
