The business is "booked" in the sense that IBM accepted the order but
scheduled its shipment into the first quarter of 1999. The mainframe
business was sold out as far as fourth quarter shipments so by
necessity business rolled to 99. IBM records revenue upon shipment at
which time they transfer title and file a UCC1 (a lien) against the
equipment to insure payment upon installation. I am anticipating the
best first quarter in history.
