Charlie -

I agree 100%. I am *sure* the music industry will lose any attack against legal MP3s. They are crazy to think otherwise. It would be like software companies or SPA suing Adaptec for selling software that is "capable" of illegally copying software. They would lose, but it would still be a thorn in the side of ADPT that they don't need.

*off topic* The music industry has been ripping off the artists from whom they feed off since the first recorded lick. I hope they all go broke 'cause of MP3. Would serve them right!
