I think arbitration would cause the price to firm (investor's would see the end in sight.. and it is a positive sign towards the company getting money)

Having to go to court could go either way... if it sounds like "the government wouldn't give us the money so we are going to take them to court"..... well, many investors will think that the government will be able to bully around a small company (whether that is true or not).

I think we will see higher prices, no doubt about that.

Maybe I shouldn't say "we" when I don't own any yet... *grin*... oops... I feel like a part of the "Rock family" though...
