Having to go to court could go either way... if it sounds like "the government wouldn't give us the money so we are going to take them to court"..... well, many investors will think that the government will be able to bully around a small company (whether that is true or not).

Good point. I think I am probably posing an irrelevant scenario at this point! I have been pushing this court thing so long, that I have forgotten to read my own messages!<gg>

FACT

The BC Gov has stated that they will send any disagrements on compensation to arbritration. This would supercede any court action at this time. So assuming that we don't agree with the settlement amount offered, we would then go to arbritration! If that were to occurr (not being a lawyer) doesn't that preclude a court case? Do not both parties have to agree to abide by an arbritrateurs conclusion? I thinks so!! So the court case issue may be a "red herring" at this point. Next time I talk to Rock, I'll ask them!!
