SAN JACINTO, CALIF. (Jan. 21) BUSINESS WIRE -Jan. 21, 1999--Peacock Financial Corp. (OTC BB: PFCK) Thursday announced that its Solutions Media Inc. subsidiary has landed an exclusive agreement with PreMark Inc. to finance Solutions Media's client base for Web site creation. Specifically, PreMark will finance up to $25,000 for small businesses' sites, and up to $100,000 for larger corporations' sites. PreMark, based in Austin, Texas, has primarily been a factoring and finance service organization for the medical industry. Solutions Media, one of the hottest Web design and Web-marketing firms in the country, has agreed to exclusively name PreMark as their financier and promote PreMark's Financial Services to all current clients. Steven R. Peacock, president of Peacock Financial, stated: "This agreement opens a new door for the Internet! Solutions Media can now bring their services to countless companies that need Web site design expertise but that may not want the burden of tying up $25,000 to $100, 000 to compete in the online marketplace." Recently, Peacock reported that they expect to spin off Solutions Media as a separate publicly traded company later this year. Peacock Financial is a fully reporting investment holding company registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission as a Business Development Company under the Investment Act of 1940.
