Sun Tzu,

Your expectation of 20% market share based on having 5 players in the industry is a little misleading.

If there are five viable players then:
#1 player = 40-50% of the market (and makes good profits)
#2 player = 25-30% of the market (marginal profits)
#3 and #4 players = 10-15% of the market (marginal profits)
#5 = 5-10% of the market (and never makes any money)
