Man, this hurts!!

Hello fellow threaders, been quite awhile. My Jan 50s were excercised this past Friday (I wrote calls on my position in the summer of 97) and I am now without AMAT (got in at 29 before the run in 96).

My question is...I want to remount this stock...but is now the time?
I thought KLAC's report would have kept a lid on this sector for awhile, but I guess not. Any thoughts? Does this stock go to 100 again, but without me? I just can't force myself to buy a shade under 60.

Thanks to all,

Joe

Thanks for the info Paul. After seeing your work I keep a spreadsheet with the data and graph the six major P&F indicators to get a big picture. Keep up the good work.

Paul, et al,

The Feb'99 Max-Pain Point&#153 for AMAT is $47.50. The current price is $54 5/8. The graph is posted.

The January '99 open interest spectrum was cluttered up by lots of contracts taken out all during 1998, at widely spread prices, as 'longer term' proxies for LEAPS.
