How about this information that was passed onto us in August....* a conversation with John Schmitz** Number of shares. 750M authorized. 610M outstanding. 140M reserved for warrants (750-610). Apparently, there are still some issues with these warrants. He did not elaborate. 208M-212M in the float. The remaining are control or company owned. About 30M just entered the market because their restriction just expired. He said any treasury shares would be used for future acquisitions. I couldn't get the current number out of him. #reply-5413448 ummmm a couple questions come to mind.... first..... about these 30 MILLION restricted shares... why can I not pull up any 144's on these? Do these restricted shares in a Delaware corporation not have to be registered? and second..... could these possibly be the 30 MILLION shares that were dumped on the market in December? To which I got several nasty PM's about because I dared mention this on the public thread at the time?... as if anybody could possibly pretend this wasn't happening...lolololol..... the tape doesn't lie, but fellow investors might..... or... was the dumping in DECEMBER an ADDITIONAL 30 Million shares that was dumped into the float?
