I'm short DBCC.....that said, don't be so sure it can't happen. CPQ has said they are looking to increase thier internet presense thru acquisition. Buying DBCC would not only give them DBCC but also 38% of MKTW which would sure lead to the stated goals of CPQ..

Not saying it will happen, but it is possible. Especially with CPQ at its highs in these days of equtiy mergers
