Then DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT SELL YOUR SHARES until you start to see a double or triple from here. The shorts will HAVE TO COVER AT ANY PRICE and are about to go into a MAJOR PANIC over the next few weeks and days.

Congratulations to all who survived today's "trick" downgrade. What a nasty little joke that was!

Don't know what your source is.

I checked Yahoo news....latest story as of 01/20/99 9:45pm Eastern Time is the downgrade. Often, I see a story on Yahoo if a stock is moving in after hours trading.

I checked CBS Marketwatch news... nothing. Only thing I saw under
TWX was TWX was also downgraded today.

I bailed out today after I saw the downgrade. Hope I'm wrong & you make money, but I have to go with what I can see & read.
