Let me answer by saying that this is a solid play, IMO. It has presence now on both coasts, in Europe, and it is now finally breaking down the doors of the RBOCs. No easy task to have accomplished.

There is a tremendous amount of expansion and growth potential here, IMO. But you've got to do the due dilly yourself here. These are only my opinions.

Why? Well, it's very simple. Who is their competitor? No one really. Who needs their products (dark fiber)? everyone: RBOCs, IXCs, CLECs, ISPs, and large enterprises.

Who has the same business model? Qwest. What's Qwest's market cap? 20B. What's MFN's market cap? 3B. Get the picture?
