The book should be available on line, the local book store or possibly the local library. Since my last post I have preliminary figures for REI.UN and SMU.Un. REI.UN has consistantly been increasing book value, eps and distributions. At this point there seems to be little downside unless the economy damages values or rental income. Any comment?.
