THREAD.....YA GOTTA READ THIS..... About 10 minutes I got off the phone with DELL after ordering my new Dimension XPS R450 okay? When I reached the Sales line and waiting on a Representative to talk with me I watched the clock on the wall very closely. It took exactly 9 minutes and 45 seconds for me to talk with a human being. After taking care of business I asked the Rep. how many other Reps. were on duty there. He gave me a number. I don't know it I should report it or not, but believe me it is a very large number. The Rep. I talked to said they are adding more all the time. Ladies and Gentlemen let me say the following: WWWEEEEE AARRREE GGOOIINNGG TTTOO BEEEE VVVVEERRRRYY RRRIIICCCHH In the kitchen.....Jean
