LETS US KNOW WHICH ONE OF THE FOLLOWING IS LIES! THE REVERSE MERGER DEAL HAS FALLEN APART. The reverse merger has not fallen apart. If it had fallen apart would the SEC be allowing panam to be trading under the symbol prwt? PRWT HAS ATLEAST 750 MILLION AUTHORIZED SHARES. I thought if was 609 million but from the way it moves I would say a big part of the shares are being held by insiders and longs. PAN AM REFUSES TO RELEASE A 10Q AS PREVIOUSLY PROMISED. Will release the 10q as soon as it has finished with merger negotiations it is involved in.
