So they will get on the exchange, and you would disingenuously imply that all of these 620M shares are going to be worth the exchange minimum? No there will be a lot fewer shares for the current PRWT shareholders. Let's get real. I figure you are talking about 300:1 fewer shares. I hear your 2&#189 year old says the share conversion ratio will be closer to 500:1.
