I think our only chance for information about the PP at this time is REW's meeting with RG next Monday. I'm hoping that TSIG will not need anymore of the remaining $7.5 million financing so that the current or near future dilution from the convertible deb. is over with once and for all.

As told to me by Paul Henry last week, The conversion is longer out than 4 months from the signing. If you looked at the DD you would probably know. I wonder why the only post you made is negative. I'm beginning to place you in the category of a polite basher. The offer has been made to everyone to post questions to RG through me by PM. I will personally hand them to him. If your name being relayed to him bothers you then say so and I will cut it off. So far there has been no such statement or question from you.
