James, while my intention was not to put a scare into anyone, I agree that it does generate a lot of fear. I hope that Rob's ability to represent the company appropriately is the only problem here and that the company is quite sound aside from that. I am somewhat doubtful that they are (sound). I phoned MRI today and spoke to Rob Bergman. I asked about the clinics that Rob told me about but Mr. Bergman refused to deny or confirm anything that Rob had told me. When I told him about my concerns of receiving misleading information from Rob Talbot, he told me to discuss it with Rob Talbot. When I told him that I would rather have his opinion on some questions, he hung up on me. I'm sure he's a very nice man underneath his facade of professionalism. But hey, he can't help it... he's a lawyer. Thanks for the info on Guidera, I'll let you know what I find out. Marty

James, I phoned the number you provided... it's out of service. It occurred to me after I called that it was the same number I received from the SC telephone information services yesterday. I thought that our contract with Guidera was supposed to be long term??? From what I understood, they were supposed to raise the price of the stock and then maintain the level of the price over the next 12 months. It has only been 9 months since the contract was disclosed and who knows how long Guidera has been out of commission. Hopefully I'll hear from Mr. Oakley and he'll be able to clarify the situation. We know one thing for certain, his recent article on MDRE in the Conservative Speculator assures that he is still keeping tabs on them. But then again, I never read the disclaimer, or even noticed if their was one. I'll keep you posted.
