It is real...truthfull and take alook at the anticapation at MGAU:BB over the the MG Natural Resources Thread....dam...that got me going to the Dam Bar and Steakhouse and eating in the Andy Devine Room on Rt 66. JMHO...rules are made to be interrupted by lawyers...good laywers who are backed up by good reasearch associates such as even out of area real estate guys whom just might know how to deal with the regulations. Thanks Reeter, The company commended the SEC for professionalism, not the other way around, nor did the company make any such claim. I heard certain regulatory/permitting agencies are happy with company processing, that's all. I'm not aware of any litigation outside of the concluded SEC matter, so please share any significant findings regarding this specific company. A suit can allege almost anything as lawyers will do, what matters is judgement, and Phoenix is cleared at the SEC level. Phoenix Metals intends to become a fully reporting company, hopefully in the near future. Footnotes should address any material considerations such as litigation. The company may have had a complication with refining its earlier inventory on site due to ore sourcing (federal land vs private). I do not expect that to be a problem going forward.
