Temp, I agree with what you say... BUT, let's let the market compare the two stocks... (or let's do a little comparison ourselves). USAT (as I write this) is at $58. They are rolling out a National FLAT rate phone system. Currently only up and running in California. FTEL $3.50.... selling the hardware to USAT... AND setting up an INTERNATIONAL phone system... serving 200+ countries.. with FAX coming... and other things I can't think of right now. Surely, if the market thinks USAT is so valuable... not on current income but on POTENTIAL market... then FTEL has got to be worth much more than current value... and I'd argue it has more value than USAT! Will the market agree? USAT is doing a much better job of getting themselves known to the public. FTEL is just (hopefully) coming out of the closet! Just random thoughts to go with yours... I don't think I'm HYPING.. just comparing to what the market values another company. Mitch
