These guys are now left out in the DARK. Yeah. Poor Auntie's ALWAYS in the dark. And you're not much further along. It's very obvious from your posts that all of you depend exclusively on Spidey for "information", and that Spidey depends exclusively on Mike Sylver. Is this why you think we have only one "informant"? I guess Mr. Dtc is not telling the DTC the truth, so they are now assigning new players/lawyers in these game, and THEY WANT..... Uh-oh. The DTC's decided to play hardball, has it? Let me quote someone "if we lift the freeze....there will be a SQUEEZE"..."Some market makers will be out of business".......ROTFLMAO! I find this amusing as well, indicative as it is of the DTC's stance. You think they're gonna turn over those certs? In your dreams. And I'm afraid you can forget about that Federal marshalls fantasy. Too much stevia not good!! And let me suggest one more thing: you're describing "documents" you've apparently never seen, and pretending you HAVE seen 'em. This could be a serious problem for you somewhere down the road.

****WHERE WE STAND!************* instead of answering all this email & phone calls from work i will fill shareholders in on current status; default judgements were signed of 14 jan, now these default judgements are before the judge for the entry of the judgement. when this is signed federal marshalls will be instructed to seize assets. in this case the 4.48 million shares. the judge will also decide on the $11+ in damages. at that time if need be aznt will seek immediate injunctive relief to lift the freeze. recent developments with maclean forstrom jackson, montal & dtc appear to be more of the same. there is 1.2 million short against the 4 million shares. it appears dtc , through mfj, will immediately lift freeze & return 3.1 million shares IF aznt will agree to say the remaining stock is free trading. it is not & they will not. so we wait for judge to sign of entry of this default judgement so federal marshalls can seize all the stock & injuctive relief will lift freeze. i believe service for the defamation suit is w/i next two weeks. so do not engage the defendants. we do not know which shareholders, we should only speak through attorneys to them! AZNT SHAREHOLDERS ARE THE GREATEST! spider
