The sales at cost + a fee is great, the key is execution.

Look at what e-bay earns. Maybe 5% on sales

Doug is right.

The question is, will manuafacturers sell to Onsale at cost?
If yes, Onsale would be in good shape and the automated delivery will be very profitable.

Does Onsale intend to fool the Internet marketplace with high prices?
It won't work as pointed out by Doug.

Onsale prices seem high to me as well.

Cost + has no meaning unless your cost is real wholesale cost.
