Splits and Oracle employees a question. Does anyone know what the scenario is for Oracle employees on the stock purchase plan with regards to splits? If employees are eligible for 15% of the stock at the lowest price between the beginning and ending price over the six month period and a split occurs, which price and what quantity do they get the stock at? If they would be able to buy the stock at 24 from the beginning of the period and it splits and is sitting at 30 at the end, do they get shares at 24 and a pre-split quantity or post-slit quantity? Thanks.
