Apparently yesterday's drop in stock price had been due to a rumor that the head of Bay was leaving Nortel.

An analyst in Canada, featured on the NBN program indicated this. I can not remember her name. It is interesting that we have not heard any more about this. This supposed rumor could be hogwash?

In my view, Nortel has strong overall management anyway. I am hoping that the Bay's portion of the overall NT revenue will increase. I believe last quarter, the Bay portion of the overall NT revenue amounted to 20%. To make both me, and (I hope) the analysts happier about the Bay take-over, an increase to say, 25% would a very good sign.

Generally speaking, the growth in IP and data routing networks is increasing at about 30% per year or greater, compared to a 3% increase annually for switching equipment.

The best to all,

Martin
