CALGARY, Feb. 11 /CNW/ - Revere Communications Inc. (''Revere'': RVC on ASE) announces that it has reorganized its management and transferred its interest in its IVR Platform Services Agreement with Telus Communications Inc. (''Telus''). Douglas Walker has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer, replacing Danny Alex, who remains as a director of Revere. Revere has assigned its IVR Platform Services Agreement with respect to pre-paid calling cards to ABDE Holdings Ltd., an arm's length party, for cash consideration of approximately $183,000. Revere maintains its operations as a network provider and service bureau in the Pay-Per-Call industry in Calgary.
