Great point Nasdaq777!!! Apparently, people fall for the MM tricks and sell low... That is why the MMs live on the top of the hills in the 40,000 square foot homes... YHOO will always progress upward and longs will always be very happy...

You're not a real bright guy are you? Lets not get personal. I am attacking your ideas, not you. The benefit here is to scare people into selling thus creating a falling stock price to enhance his short position. How is this any different from touting a stock and saying "this is the easiest way to double your money, get on the train now before it leaves without you, etc.etc." The benefit is clear to entice people into buying thus creating a rising stock price to enhance a long position.
