I appreciate your explanation and focus on the bread and butter of ONSL. I don't know if the at cost measure is good as an ongoing thing. It is definitely a proven tactic to get customers into the store. Once the route is taken, and it is a rewarding visit, we come back. Today I heard an ad on the radio offering free satelite DISHes and installation...and when this country converted to electric power, the power companies offered free electric appliances and installations; and lifetime free service for those appliances. My Dad still calls the local power co to change a fuse in his fuse(breaker)panel at no cost. I do believe that most users of net don't mind paying a price that brings profit to the vendor. It is the great reward for making yourself useful and offering something. I don't like to see anything I produce devalued. I don't think good computers and logic should be cheap, but if it gets them into the store, great !!! Now, I'm waiting for some free viagra samples and creams to come in the mail. It's all about promotion and education. How DO you spell satelite anyway ?
