When called before the committee to explain the withholding of documents during its investigation into the White House Database situation, Cheryl Mills chose to give "demonstrably false testimony," a committee report claimed. "The committee believes that there is substantial evidence that in September 1996 then-Associate [now-Deputy] Counsel to the President Cheryl Mills, with the knowledge and concurrence of then-White House Counsel Jack Quinn, knowingly and wilfully obstructed the investigative authority of this committee by withholding documents that were plainly responsive to the committee requests for documents and information. Moreover, when this obstruction was brought to light in a hearing before the committee, Ms. Mills lied under oath about the documents and the circumstances surrounding their nonproduction." The Mills matter was referred to the Department of Justice for investigation of possible perjury and obstruction, according to Hill sources. Mills strongly denies any wrongdoing in the Database situation. But one congressman directly involved in the investigation tells the DRUDGE REPORT: "We found substantial evidence that she perjured herself, repeatedly, in testimony before our committee. 49er we'll have to consider this The "article" was written by a "Lee Canular." Canular is french for hoax. At the bottom of the article it says, "Ami DeCour contributed to this article." Ami DeCour translates friend of the heart. We need no friends like this. We should take this opportunity to remind ourselves that there exist many disinformation artists out in the ether who would like nothing better than to confuse real news with fake news, disorient posters and lurkers, and to generally discredit anyone who questions the authority of establishment news organs. I would be highly dubious of this article. (although I must admit I could see him doing somthing like this given their totally opposite political opinions...:0) I was unable to find either a listing or phone number for either the MC Ledger or Lee Canular in that county. Now what is kinda interesting are the several "alledged" burglaries that have taken place in a DC townhouse office where Carville apparently works. The allegations state that important and confidential documents pertaining to his consulting work for an Israeli opposition candidate to Netanyahu are missing as a result. Of course, they are trying to pin it on the Mossad or Netanyahu... but others think it may be a ploy dreamed up by Carville himself to caste a "Watergate" style pall over the Netanyahu's gov't. 9er' how'd you know Carville was one of my favorites -ggg- OK, my little South African Birdie has been tweeting -g- Their is a top parallel resistence channel on the gold chart, if you duplicate that channel line and run it across the november low and call that support, right below where we are now, support is around 278-282 area. A drop to that support would make a perfect right shoulder of an inverted H&S pattern to the left shoulder of Jan 12, 98. Now the plot thickens. There is a fibonacci 377 day turning point coming up on Sunday. The turning point on August 31 on the XAU was a 233 day fib turning point basis 1/12 low. Now you throw in root of bat, eye of newt, carville crumbs, clinton's stogey, brazilian coffee grounds, nutz on the futz, techie parabolacitis and we have a perfect recipe for a kersplatz. Now for the Tweety Bird. Drooy just a few trading sessions ago reached an oversold RSI reading that beat the blowout low of 8/31. It has since rallied back up to the neckline resitance and is at 50 on the RSI, but it needs to break 50 RSI and close above the downtrend line at 2.75 for a buy signal. If eye of newt goes my way, we get one last flush to clear out the dead wood and a mega neck snapping whipsaw reversal, that the XAU is so good at, to complete the final bottom.
