Dave, they appear to have explained the $0.10 with there discussion of training, etc. Does the explanation sound reasonable to you?

As for the rumor, it is scary. But, I find it hard to believe. Is the potentially non-compliant software from CommSoft or was it BILLs. If it is CommSoft's, why would BILL by CommSoft. BILL has smart managers. Also, aren't they required to make a statement about Y2K compliance with the SEC?

I do not think IBM would have chosen BILL if there software was not up to par. One of the reasons BILL gave for missing earnings is they are going to increase spending on marketing their software. I can't imagine that management is so incompetent as to spend more money on a bad product.
