And as usual Barbara, you want to twist things to suit your purpose. I very clearly stated, what was exactly true at the time. I would say that this old news only identifies his being charged and not the outcome of any trial or settlement. You have yet to come to grips with the fact that John Schmitz has been less than forthright with so important an investor as yourself.
