AJ, I like Pagis Pro 2.0, which includes the latest version of Xerox's Textbrige Pro 98. I've gotten great ORC recognition with this package. I imagine that for contracts, you'd need small font recognition (traditionally Xerox's forte) more than complex forms (traditionally Omnipage Pro's forte.) These are the 2 big packages. Lots of good scanners are made nowadways, but I doubt you'd go wrong with the HP 6250cxi. This is both USB/SCSI compatible, and comes with a 25 page auto sheet feeder. O course, HP remains the corporate standard. Good luck, Dave
