Like i have repeatedly stated, the fact that teltek agreed to a 1.5 option share price is very important. Teltek knows DGIV business, and it agrees to such an option price, which means it expects the price to go higher (perhaps much higher<g>). if people will just focus on the content of the releases, rather than the fact that there was an addendum, people would see how positive the releases are. Look at the SUBSTANCE, not the FORM!!!

Regardless of the bashers opinion, the China Joint Venture is a milestone in this Co.'s development. it is worth a lot more that the $0.50 we have seen the share appreciate.... Bashers spent their time saying that the deal is false, a lie, Teltek does not exist, etc.... and their bosses spent their time buying up a big chunk of shares. Coincidence...you be the judge! #50
