This John Dean is claiming that 60% of the ED cases are patients suffering from coronary artery disease, including high blood pressure. I doubt those figures are that high but if they are this is good news for Vivus because this is the group of at risk patients that Drs are being warned about using Viagra with "caution".

IMO this group should not even be considered as Viagra candidates until more scientific studies can be conducted on Viagra in this patient group. Where is the double blind placebo/Viagra study that we are all waiting for? If Pfizer really cares about the safety of the patient why don't they put their money where their mouth is and conduct such a study? Perhaps they fear the results? They could have already completed such a study as 6 months would be sufficient time and many have been voicing their concerns since Viagra deaths began to be reported last May. Why isn't the FDA demanding such a study be conducted in light of the 200+ deaths reported thus far?

We already know the answers to most of these questions. The real question is when will science and fact rule over spin?

These comments appear to be self serving. Can you explain to us how the system works. Do these docs sell Viagra out of their offices? How does the restriction affect their income? We need a little insight into the reason for the inappropriate remarks.
